We do not supply towels or lockers; towels are available for purchase at reception. You need to take belongings to the studio at the start of class.

We provide toilets, showers with shampoo and shower gel, and hairdryers.
Classes are available to book 7 days in advance, up to 15 minutes before the class. You can book in person at reception immediately before class if spaces are available.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, a credit will be applied to your account. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.
